Quest sequenses: start quest(safe slave or prisoner->talking) -> secondary quest(fight or explore etc...) ->finish quest(cargo mission, or healing or evacuating) -> profit.

crew sicknes: broken legs or arms, epidemic, etc... (long term healing and resourses...)

PZ is actually in ea for 10+ years if i recall well, but neither this game nor PZ do i regret entering in PZ. They already offered up hundreds of hours of playtime.
