Nexus Mods
I see there are a few mods on nexus that are light and very vanilla-friendly, such as the In-Hull Bunks or the Meditank. Do they still work with the current experimental version?

Yes. Some, like Vertical Farming have (or had) partially broken sprites due to some changes to how those are handled, but all are functional.
