Rescue crew away mission.

I tried twice now to do an away mission with a ship needing assistance with a mission. Both times it was the slavers needing assistance.

You come into the system, you get a popup of needing assistance to rescue crew, but you can not select or start the mission. And going throughthe 2 wrecks have no crew to rescue.
