At a siren world, but can't build a scanning station

I'm at a siren world, but there's no way to build a station and/or an event isn't triggering? I've researched scanners and I've got one built on my ship, but I can't seem to do anything here to continue the quest.

Hi there.

It is a specific location. There are many siren worlds.

When you are in the starmap you can check the mission information at the upper right. There is a "focus" icon button. It will bring the camera to the place where you need to go.
