Crew fell outside the interactable grid

There was a room in this derelict that could only be entered by a hole on the ground, so people had to go "off grid" like the ships do.

A crew member feinted in this dimension and no one could interact with him, not even the npcs to cocoon him.

He remained there until dying without O2.

Seriously this is probably one of the rarest possible bugs you can encounter in the game imaginable!
