Unreachable areas
Unsure if this has been fixed as of the previouus update, but several players included myself have noted that when there are "unreachable areas" anywherr on the ship, it will bug the crewbie AI and they will stop automatically assigning build tasks. Instead every construction job will need to be manually assigned or they will ignore the construction.
Issue persists when the game is restarted, until the unreachable area is removed

Hmm, can take a look into it. But all unreachable areas should be fixed, they can cause the AI chain to halt as one task needed for another task cannot be completed.

It is crucial to not have them around. The game is tile based and it can easily cause all kinds of problems =)
Much appreciated.
Even unreachable areas in another part of the ship that shouldn't have any bearing on logistics, like a tucked away corner behind a section of wall, will cause all build automation to halt.
I've got one for you, recently found an issue where pathing completely broke down and my crew was not able to do anything but stand there.

So I was re-structuring / reorganizing my asteroid base and decided to tear down some walls, build some more, you know the deal. Well, I had my crew had build a couple of walls for a bathroom and I forgot to put a door in. The problem is, once built, they refused to break down ANY of the walls so I could put in a door because the triggers were on the wrong side of the wall hit boxes? They had full access to the walls from the main base area but the wall triggers were all inside the enclosed bathroom so they refused to do anything about it. I had to extend the exterior wall out and create a makeshift corridor around and into the bathroom so the crew could go inside and break a wall down so I could put a door in. This solution took me far too long to figure out as I tried everything to break into this enclosed room. I even tried tearing down all other rooms around it but the walls of this enclosed bathroom apparently all faced inwards and were unable to be removed until I broke in by extending the exterior walls.

Why is the build / destroy trigger for items like walls only on 1 side? This seems like such a dumb problem to have.

Blasting charges;)

Next time i would say take a screenshot, because you might think this is what happened but it might have been something else. (I am not saying you are right, but there are sometimes so miniscule things that the players can overlook that it is hillarious. At one time i had a similar issue just one of my crew members was walled in. And he had no tools is why none of the walls came down. I drafted him and another crew member outside now was able to break down the walls.)
