System Points and Core Points: Add options in the settings to change values

Enough people have wondered if system points and core points can be modified. Since this is a single-player game, why not allow the player to modify the System Points and Core Points limits just like we can adjust everything else. Sometimes, i want to design a ship just for fun and see how it functions. A true sandbox mode. I understand their may be performance limitations, which is why I suggest adding it to the settings. It's fun to see what the community builds and share screenshots. Also, it's a hamper when you find yourself just short of a System/Core point due to canvas size. I must have symmetry!

Suggestion: If canvas size will not be altered in future updates, please allow an option in the pre-game settings to configure the System Points and Core Points. Thank you! Keep up the good work.
