Hull should build internal walls
Like title. When building more hull there should be an option to add internal walls to what you're building (or not flatten the outer hull) so that you can actually draw rooms in the shape you want instead of having to add in inner walls all the time

As long as you charge additional construction time for the additional features, ok.

Why? there's already a wall at the edge of your hull right? *not* removing it is easier than replacing it with a floor and taking the wall down. I wouldn't mind, but I don't really see the logic.

The problem with this is that every expansion would leave behind a bulk head you then need to manually remove anyway, whether you wanted it, or not... So it's not really a solution in of itself...

A better option would be to allow internal walls to be placed via the sketch tool, like the hull itself can be, which are then constructed automatically by your crew when appropriate...

Little trick I've started doing though, which might help you, is to fill the entire build area with the sketch tool, then use the erase tool to "carve" out my ship design, by removing excess around the outer hull, along with internal corridors...

It's not a perfect solution, but it certainly helps keep track of where I had intended to place rooms, etc as I only need to remember and "backfill" the newest walls when expanding the hull...

Just fill in the appropriate halls via sketch, before I add each new room...

Yeah, I've been doing something similar, but it's still pretty messy compared to being able to just, you know, draw the room you want? The solution to leaving bulkheads would be: if you draw *adjacent* to an existing wall, it leaves the wall. if you draw *over* it, it'll remove the wall. pretty simple and intuitive in the UI as well
