Can I turn off logistics on my people once I start getting the logistics robots and or Flybots? and they can handle ALL logistic stuff which leaves my people for real tasks?

Depending on the number of bots you have I would say yes. While getting bots you can definitly turn off logistics for your specialists in industry, ops and botany. If you feel the workflow is too slow dont turn off logistics completely, start by lowering the priority so they will get needed items but prioritize they real work.

I agree, just lower down the priority. If you turn if off completely, if your person is not building, doing maintenance, navigating etc, all they would do all the time is idle and that will get annoying. There were times I would create arcade games and place them around my ships so at least they are doing something instead of just standing around doing nothing. Sometimes too all they do is eat and it makes them unhappy because they dont feel good and it affects the overall mood of the ship. Hope this helps, cheers....
