Theres a algae dispenser right there that has resources in it but they wont eat from it despite the fact that theyre about to starve to death. Im not sure what to do but a lot of my people are about to die.

it helped to have a break in the middle of the day, like a lunch break, but sometimes people dont eat when theyre hungry and on spare time. they will idle right next to a full algae dispenser that isnt being used and not eat out of it.

I guess you're marked that Algae Dispenser for prisoners / refugees use so normal crew no longer can use it.

Easiest way to check it - do you see a small blue key icon over that Algae Dispenser?

after some time of useing the dispenser crew can be feed up with that stuff, especialy when the malnutrition from longtime use kick in.
