Void marauder and Stellar Tactics are more focused in tactical combat
Dungeon Keeper, War for the Overworld, and Evil Genius are similar for building.
X-Com:Apocalypse or Fallout:Tactics have a similar feel for infantry combat. As long as you use the pause button frequently, since turned based isn't an option here.

Been keeping my eye on Stardeus, how is it at the moment?
Better than it was at start, but worse than it was 2 months ago. Dev remade AI system and it is a mess now. + Overcomplicated body parts. Still annoying connectors system, still no production queue, but at least we do not need to use horrible radial menu for building any more. You can start and complete a game, there is an end goal, but late part is very boring waiting to get required amount of materials.
I was really interested in that game until I learnt the colonists are pregenerated.
Bugged, unfinished and abandoned Rimworld's clone. Cheap attempt to gain it's auditory with 3D graphics and multistage buildings. Everything is is under-developed, extremely shallow and game itself is very easy. Harder levels represents only by quantity of enemies in raids. Tower Defense with colony sim elements.
Absolute garbage.
I've app. 248 hours in Stranded: Alien Dawn, and haven't come across any bugs. It's not abandoned either. It's not in early access, and the last update was in April.
I don't understand why everyone keeps comparing all colony sims to Rimworld, can't a game just be what it is?
I've 2,000+ hours on Space Haven, but less than 50 on Rimworld. To me, they're two completely different games.
