Looks extremely similar to Star Command.
I'm looking forward to trying an Early Access of Space Haven more than a finished product of SC:Galaxies at this point and I generally avoid paying for games that are not finished.
like a human waking up from a deep sleep has some sort of cursed alien gene and this awakens some horrible alien species that effects the entirety of the galaxy so everyone outside of the galaxy reacts to it and it'll eventually effect you and find you (maybe)
The bad news? It will take time.
We've know this for a long time, and so we came up with a plan, We deemed it is best to do via a Kickstarter first by acquiring alpha testers that way. And only release on Steam Early Access once we've iteratively developed the game to be ready for that! Our backers will also be able to help us know when that time has finally arrived.
Regarding the Kickstarter. Our plan is to give alpha backers access to the first alpha version of the game. From here we will be able to start iteratively develop the game further with the help of our alpha backers feedback. We will then try to implement whatever is wished for the most and makes sense to according to our own judgement (And we have the resources to create). Step by step the game will evolve like this, and hopefully one day it is something truly magnificent just like RimWorld :)
So much to do still, but I'm looking forward to showing everyone what we've got so far.
