how do i encounter GHOST BALOONS??

So i got the quest asked to pop 15k Ghost bloons but where to find them???

Yeah, I ran into that yesterday and I knew that I'd seen them somewhere, but then I couldn't find any maps showing the ghost modifier. I finally found them in Lumpy Space. According to the Wiki, they can also be found in Frozen Blades Adventure in Ice Kingdom.
