No idea if you're serious but this is a remake of Harvest Moon FoMT by the original devs. The 'Harvest Moon' English trademark was lost by the developers, but this is still 'Bokujo Monogatari' the same as always in Japan.

That actually explains why the last few games to come out that do have the Harvest Moon name have been... pretty horrible.. The last one was a Mario Party ripoff on Switch

"Harvest Moon" is just a name.

The real game is "Bokujo Monogatari" and now they rename it "Story of Seasons" for English translation.

Natsume in other hands keep making the "Harvest Moon" game but with different developer.

Natsume got hold of the license for the title "Harvest Moon", so XSEED being the english licensing arm of Marvelous Inc. had to change the trademark to "Story of Seasons" be happy Natsume didnt get Rune Factory too

this is the remake version of the Friends of Mineral Town from the GBA (including More Friends of Mineral Town)

Not everyone keeps up with developers.. most just buy the games and then think Story of seasons was a concurrence and never bothered to buy any of them.
