Does This Game Run Offline?
No luck running this game offline here. I need to know before I request a refund.

Huh strange - you might need to look at your steam cloud settings.

I have refunded the game, since Steam refunds don't wait. I will get back to it once the bugs are fixed and the price is discounted again - so long as it is playable with a mouse. That said, Steam has no trouble running any other game in offline mode.

For the sake of testing it out, I was unable to start the game with Steam in offline mode as well. However the GOG version starts up fine when the computer's disconnected from the internet.

So this means this is an issue that needs to be fixed, since, as I mentioned, Steam has no trouble running other games offline. This usually happens with games enforcing DRM, though I don't know if this is the case here.

Foxtail has similar problem but that game shows a message saying the user need to be connected. Hope Pixpl fix this.
