Problems with HOTAS controllers
Some HOTAS controllers are fully supported, but for some others we still didn't implement full support.
It would be of great help if you'd help us determine the list of priorities regarding HOTAS controllers for next updates. You can do that by writing us what exactly controller you're using (if it doesn't work), and sending us your log.txt file from game root directory to customersupport@starpointgemini.com . We'll then make a list of priorities and work on it as fast as possible.

Thanks!

So, wait, does this mean that it's either a supported model or nothing?
I expected a generic configuration tool like in House of The Dying Sun, Sky Rogue, Everspace, etc.
I don't expect something super detailed with curves or other fancy stuff but being able to bind axes would be nice since my stick axes don't seem to do anything.

An option for manually assigning all axis and buttons would be very much apprecialted, since some of us have specialized HOTAS setups or old hardware that was discontinued over 5 years ago, making pre-built profiles near impossible to setup.

On a related note, can the game recognize more than 32 separate buttons on a single controller?
My HOTAS (Saitek X-65F) has over 40 buttons and some games can't read all of them.

SInce right now we don't still have completely free control assignments on controllers, probably not. We're still working on that. Second thing is - over 40 buttons ? Sounds awesome, we don't even have HOTAS like that tbh
