Hello! I have encountered (only once for now) a save game bug. I quit the game through the menu at level 47, but when I re-opened it after a while it threw me back to level 40. After beating two more levels and closing the game it saved normally and left at level 42. It was quite an annoyance to beat some levels and then lose the progress. Is it something that has happened before?...

Am I supposed to power the black monolith thing in the lower right? I have tried doing so when I can in previous levels, but now I'm wondering if it's necessary. What do they do? Also - what is the other "thing" in the upper left? That doesn't seem to be powerable.
