EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION

i love everything so far about this game, but on day 17 or the second mission when i try using the crane a window pops-ups and gives me a exception access violation. i tried deleting the game and reinstalling, but no luck. idk if this is because im on the experimental version of the game, but it sucks, any of y'all have a solution or tips?

I have the same issue. Also tried going back to stable version but didn't work either. Also deleted my appdata hidden deep folder, and also just in case added an exception in my antivirus for this game.
Also tried running both from steam and from the stable .exe at the game folder, and tried running as admin. I also tried different sound drivers.
Nothing worked :c

So, I fixed it going into game folder, running "RunSafeMode.exe" and setting my audio driver to "FreeAudio".
Then you have to play the level entirely again. Loading a checkpoint will make it crash anyways D:

For me, this is just a temporary solution because the FreeSound driver makes random popping noises that can get a bit annoying. Hopefully they don't for you!
