I am not very familiar with this particular Intel UHD chip, but Intel's integrated graphics on their dies suck balls, majorly. They're only designed and built fast enough to run Windows' in its GUI. The rest, you'll receive poor performance. Now, I had an Intel integrated CPU chip. The HD 4400 chip. It sucked so bad that it would crash or lag so bad during games that required a lot of umph. It felt like I was in a movie that had slow-mode on. When someone had been poisoned or were having a panic attack, that's what it looked like. If money is an issue, you should try upgrading your graphics to an Radeon RX 450 or to an RX 550.

Happy gaming.

Hey! My pc is a 2013 Dell Inspiron, Intel core i3 4x1.8ghz (logic cores), 6gb ram (augmented to 12gb right now), intel hd graphics 4400, NO DED. VCARD, and it runs amazing. Sometimes i've got a little bit of lag, specially when playing Reach or H:CEA in remastered graphics, but is playable, for sure. I have my doubts about H2A or H3, but I hope I can afford another pc when they're released. Anyways, I think you can run it smoother enough, UHD are not the best of the low ends, but I think it can make it. Have you tried yet? I suggest, maybe installing an extra RAM, maybe 4gb would do it ok. Cheers.
