Still does work out cheaper, though, to get the $1/£1 deal for 3 months game pass, and then buy the game there. You save about $7

It's not that I disagree with him. You him and a couple others do nothing but sit in the forums and talk ♥♥♥♥. For people who hate on the game so much you guys spend an awful long time in the forums.

Not sure why they would put this game on sale, considering it is only $10 anyway just to buy Reach! Unless you a big time fan (like me) and you want to spend the extra $39 to get all the games in the future. But then again $40 dollars is not much considering how much content you're getting!

As someone who can afford the full price of games, I look for sales to save money, not because I can't buy the game in the first place. And $10 for a single old game is not that cheap on Steam compared to some sale prices. Also I've seen many games have a pre-release sale (in order words you save money if you buy before release in exchange for trusting the game will be good), or go on sale not long after release. It really just depends on the company, with some being super tight with sales, and others having them at the drop of a hat for huge amounts (90+% sales do happen).

The game pass gives you discounts on many MS store games. This is one of the games that has a pass discount, which was available since before Reach was released.

We already have a discount in the form of the bundle price. That's already around a 27% discount.

people have also been waiting years for a new half life game so putting it on sale was a decent decision and they will only continue to make more
