FIX FOR CRASH ON STARTUP
I found a fix for the game.
I reinstalled my Windows. Formatting everything. And installing the new nVidia driver. Now it works.
FIRST, TRY INSTALLING THE NEW GRAPHICS CARD DRIVER.
IF THAT IS NOT WORKING, JUT REINSTALL WINDOWS DELETING EVERYTHING.
IT WILL 100% WORK.
I tried everything I found on the internet and nothing worked. So I tried to reinstall the Windows. Now, it's working perfectly.
I HOPE THIS WORKS FOR YOU. ^^

I've tried this too. I've tried all the solutions on the internet and nothing worked.

i'm trying for another fix, updating windows drivers etc. lets see will that work too otherwise i'll return the game

I'm downloading the game. I just reinstalled windows but accidentaly I installed the 32bit version. Idk if will work on 32bit. But I will try anyway because I have a fast internet speed. I will post if this solve the crash.

It's not working on 32 bits lol.Ii will upgrade to 64 and tell you if this fix it.

i've done everything but im sorry i wont uninstall-reinstall the game internet network is slow in Turkey and took a day to download this game... better i refund it

Dont refund it, I think, they are surely working on some fix patch or something like that, bcs a lot of ppl have same problem, just like you and me

They are surely working on a fix. We need to wait for that fix. Till then I will try multiple things that I think will solve this crash. For now, i'm upgrading to 64. To see if with a cleaned Windows will work. I will post the result of this.

Ok, as for a Crash on Startup, I had this problem earlier. I solved it, but it took a bit of finesse, and I have the same GPU.

Best thing is to ensure the Game Ready Driver is updated for your nVidia card, as it actually has a specific release designed for MK11

Also, Trial and Error for your in-game Graphics settings as well, and if you're running any Overclock Software, try turning it OFF. I dunno why, it just helps.

One Guide suggested turning the Priority for the exe to Real-Time, and I can tell you, that only caused a CTD, so I don't recommend that you listen to that piece of "help".

Also, Ensure that, because MK11 is HEAVY on both CPU and RAM, not to mention, the bandwidth it consumes, that you close any background applications (Browsers, folders, etc) to free up as much memory as possible.

Finally, if you Pre-loaded the game, it seemed to be a BIG issue on my rig... I Uninstalled and Re-installed the game after it launched, and mixed with the Game Ready update, it solved my initial crash, although it still crashes in certain modes (Kustomization is THE WORST)

If all else fails, double-check the Minimums, but your GPU meets the specs, that much, I know...

ok i'll wait until update, if still happens i'll delete it. and i didnt pre-installed the game i've installed it after game launched. and i really dont wanna re-install it bcz my internet is kinda suck and took a day to download it
