Just because a guy picks Scorpion that shouldn't mean that his opponent loses the option to control the match but since that piece of ♥♥♥♥, braindead character denies neutral by default that's exactly the case. It has gotten to the point where Scorpion players actively ruin the gameplay experience for literally everyone.

Scorpion is not op. Thank god we have stats for prove that. In competitive scenario scorpion almost never get top 8 in any tournament, even with that many scorpion players and scorpions fans out there. NRS know that for sure.
His teleport itself is fine, the bigger problem is that he can choose to cancel it if he realizes he didn't use his tele at a good time. Which means he can punish at will what you do fullscreen, but if he screws up, he can still uncommit at will.
Any move could be abused, and cheap players abuse crappy tactics to win, it applies to everyone. Online overall is boring, as you see players care about W/L and leave matches, being a jerks with teabag and so on. I mean it's their call, but have some standards for you and the enemy, if not then don't you complain if I use likewise approach next time. Respect is everything and I rarely see it in MK.
It's his design, MK was never balanced(and I hope MK11 at Ultimate edition will be), and finally after so many MKs Scorpion could be considered a semi-strong character.
Good, they should keep it, the more Scorpions you face, the less problems you will deal with him in future, as you understand his strategy and moves. He's easy to learn, he's easy to counter.
It's not a problem at all, problems are like some characters needs Buffs like really bad. It's always easy to nerf rather than Buff.
So we could fix all our Problems in MK11 by simply taking away the ability to
Teleport Cancel with Scorpion? o_@

As you guys said, above: They need to at least make
his Multi-Teleport Attacks more Risky...
I miss the days when I could block low to a Teleporting Scorpion,
& just Uppercut him without getting my butt wooped...
What happened to that Famous Signature Skill?
They completely ruined it now, ~_~
