"In conflict! Finish anyway" and green dot next to character (Adventure mode)
A few hours into my adventure mode play, I started to find movement was restricted. If I right click anywhere and choose "Path to here" then finish, instead of moving all the way to the destination, I get an option that says "In conflict! Finish anyway". Selecting that will move me, but I'm not sure what the "conflict" is.
I also see a small green dot at the bottom right of my character. I'm not sure if this is related.

Ok so the conflict message doesn't always happen. The green dot is still there though.

it might be wildlife beeing scared of you. shouldn't restrict pathing like that, but it sadly does. don't try crossing a mountain. you will go mad

Hmm, ok. And the green dot? It did go away briefly, but then came back.
