Curious haunting... and a Strange Mood problem

I have three ghosts of dwarven children going around doing haunting things, none of which seem serious.

The thing is, these children each have tombs, so they were buried at some stage. Why might they have "risen"?

I have several vacant tombs (real tombs, not just coffins).

There's a dwarf corpse lying on the floor of a temple that appears to have been spattered by dwarven wine several times. It's been there for quite a while.

Why isn't he/she being moved to a vacant tomb? Is that a good idea, and how do I get that to happen?

Don't dwarfs get moved to vacant tombs automatically?

Quite likely not a citizen of your civ or your site, so they don't get interred. Dump 'em in magma or atom smash 'em.

Or let the corpse rot to bones and display them on a pedestal.
