This would probably be like 10+ years out to get something integrated with computers and usable on an individual level though, there's so many hoops to jump through even with the AI we have now, there's so many things going on in the background to make them work.
In that case it could be easily doable right now by mere copy paste; paste back, save -> mod. Revisit and fix lost in translations by user input. From my experience ChatGPT is very good at translating text.
As an aside I had a great interaction with ChatGPT yesterday; in this chat thread, it titled the discussion: "Confused user, clear answer", lol
