Cancel load cage trap.
I keep getting this message. I have 4 cage traps outside my gate. They are in place and havent been triggered. I also have about 5 other cage traps built but not placed just sitting in general stock pile. What are my dorfs doing that I keep getting this message?

Do you have empty cages? A cage trap is built using a mechanism, and then loaded with an empty cage before it's ready.

Make sure the empty cages (not "cage traps") are in an Animals -> Empty Cages stockpile.

Also make sure to use the correct names of things when asking questions.
