Word order for a specific workshop
Say that I want to set a still to brew alcohol that I will use only for my fort and a still that brews only for selling (sunshine). I have two stills, each has it's own stockpiles. How do I set work orders to only use one of the two stills?
And unrelated to the title, but related to the situation: Can I make it so that my dwarves will leave the sunshine alone and only drink from the other stockpile?

Create the work order in the still itself and then it is restricted to that still only.

Not really, but you may be able to limit their drinking of valuable booze by setting a low or no traffic restrictions on the stockpile. Dunno, haven't tried!

To me it's less about how you will set that up, but you will need a lot of micro management to forbid your dwarves from drinking into your sunshine stockpile.

That being said, I never tested that with stills and drinks, but when you want work orders to be made at a specific workshop, you set up that work order from that specific workshop, and NOT from the general overall work orders.

Then you would want to use the many various filters from work orders so you can set to brew for that specific workshop when sunshine is less than XX amount. That is all done manually (the work orders filters I mean, there is no easy preset to that) though.

Again, I never did that with drinks, but I did that with treads and cloth so I have specific work orders set to produce pig tail cloth or rope reed cloth (both plant cloth) depending on stocks.
Should be totally doable with drinks the same way. But to do that, you will need to watch a tutorial, or read wiki, I'm not going into the details on how to. Way too many words already written / spoken somewhere.

Finally, while I do understand that sunshine has a greater value than other booze, I'm not entirely sure as why one would want to sell that, as opposed as other more easy to produce and mass sell (like cooked food), that also usually produce a barrel / pot worth in the ~1000 or even double.
While each barrel of that booze would worth what in the 300 (have no idea of it's value, I only had once the opprotunity to brew that while I was learning the game) ?

Also worth noting your dorfs like to drink various stuff. So maybe would be even more valuable to contribute to your fort happiness, than real trade value.

I'm not saying you shouldn't do it, I'm saying I'm not sure it's worth the hassle to achieve that, but to anyone it's own.
If that sounds fun to you, find a way to do it.
