is there a way to "automate" work orders?
i may be spoiled from hundreds of hours on rimworld, but is there no way to give a workshop and order like "keep crafting wooden tables forever until the storage has 5 wooden tables", so if i build one of those another one gets crafted without me having to create another work order? i feel like half of my time is spent on the work orders screen

Yeah, use the manager noble and add conditions to the work orders. There's a button with four green symbols on, by the work order. Click on that, then create a condition based on the number of available tables (in this case) and set it to your minimum

Yes, you can set work orders for specific workshops by appointing a Manager in your noble screen.

You have a Manager in your Fort? Did you do the tutorial? It sounds like you just want a normal repeat order with 'build x when amount of x falls under y', which is very simple to do.

You may have clicked it earlier, before you had a manager, when it wasn't usable yet.
But yeah it's a life saver C: They should really go over it in the tutorial, haha.
