I get a lot of petitions from people wanting to join "The Page of Wasps". On the ones joing it says "The Page of Wasps" described as "Site Covernment" under groups. Wat is that? And how can I serve them with what they need?

You are The Page of Wasps.
Every embark has a Fort Name and Group Name. The Page Of Wasps is the name of the group that founded your fort. AKA, it's you.

When someone says "He wants to join the page of wasps" or "He offers this artifact to the page of wasps", they mean they want to join you/give you an artifact.

Your fortress, which is a site, has a site government that you can name when you embark. If you don't pick a name it's random, and yours must be "the page of wasps". They're asking to join your fort.

As others have said, it's the "Formal" way of addressing your fortresses government.
