Sentient Being Scrolls/Books

I have a handful of Scrolls lying near my Fortress and im pretty sure they were dropped by Goblin Invaders. Dwarfs are usually very fast with collecting Scrolls dropped by various Enemies (including that one Human Bard who had a Drink to much and got mashed into slurry in my Tavern)
However I noticed that the Scrolls left on the Floor are all made of some type of sentient Being. A Chincilla Man Parchment Scroll for Example. There is a Forgotten Beast Parchment Scroll in my River.

They have been there on the Floor for multiple Years so im sure they wont rot away. I can only forbid them or make them invisible. I considered atom smashing them but I cant dumb them. Obviously Dwarfs refuse to read them as they dont bring them to the Library to begin with.
What shall I do with them? Can I even interact with them? I would like to get rid of them or at the very least place them all on one space. The Scroll in the River is my worst Offender

Quite likely they have the foreign/trader flags set to TRUE on them. If you've got DFhack installed you can remove those flags and your dorfs will pick 'em up and store 'em in your library.
