Translation?
I have a friend that I want to introduce to DF but he needs the game in italian. I found a seemingly legit multi-language translation online anyone knows if it works well? it's called DFINT

For me don't work, Hook version is always 'update available', checked game beta version, main version, and few latest others versions, when play game nothing happend still english ;c

It was for a friend who doesn't know much english but he could learn the game anyway without translation

I guess the main problem is currently the fast changing versions. Try dfint version 0.4.4 with Dwarf Fortress Version 50.11. This combination should work. Windows Defender (or similar anti virus software) could also make problems, so at least keep this in mind.
