My dwarfes jus bie by dehydration from nowhere
i've seen some discussion about it, but nothing helped, i've setup many wells, i also just in case, i built an underground river, i set the wells as "Water Source", i have A LOT of booze(700 for 190 dwarfes, thats now 140, cause almost 20 died of dehydration, and that started like a wave of anger, that made dwarfes started to kill another dwarfes). I've set in both of my taverns, at least a cavern keeper,, some chests, at least 100 goblets and a place to save the booze created by the still. There's none burrow active. And they just keep dying wtf

Any drinks in the tavern won't count towards drinks your dwarves can get when thristy.
The purpose of the tavern drinks is recreational after all.

From the limited informations you gave, it is possible that your drinks are not available for normal drinking, but it is also plausible that the dwarves that died were highly stressed and went into depression or another similar state from which they can't come back.

mental breaks can often end in dying due to thirst because they go crazy and stop drinking. or they freak out and attack someone. i had a child kill another child and then get killed in turn by the woodcutter for that, and then the woodcutter was traumatized by having seen it all and just stood around outside in a daze until he died

Your in a spiral. When these occur, the consequence is often not the cause.

However in your case I think you have restricted the drink barrels to just the tavern.

You should never put all your drinks in the tavern. If you put any in they should be "fed" from another stockpile that is not "inside" any meeting hall. So usually I have a stockpile that only takes from the still. This feeds my central storage near the centre (x,y and z) of the majority of dwarves. This central storage can take from anywhere (the only one that does) and feeds every other stockpile.

This ensures that dwarves always have access to drinks.

If this is not the case, more info would help.

I've sent the most depressed to another camp. I've looked at the booze and of 750 drink, there are 709 dwarven wine, and 41 artichoke wine, any issue with it?
