The option to create metal/ leather/ etc high boots is gone
The option to create metal/leather/etc high boots is gone. is this a bug?

I ran into that one once. Not sure if it is a bug... I assumed it was just that faction because I tried a different one in the same world and they were back. So either bug or feature of a particular civ.

Is it gone from a civilization you have been playing and already created them before, or is it "gone" from a fort from a civilization you just fired up and noticed it isn't there?

If it is the former that sounds like a bug, If it is the later then unfortunately for you you most likely found a civilization that doesn't have that technology.

Oh I see. this technology is probably not available to me in this created world. Thank you for your help

This technology is probably not available in this created world to me. ather words not a bug. Thank you
