......Do you even need doors anymore?
Rooms don't need to be enclosed in Premium in order to draw them. You can just draw the room however you want with the funny rectangle.

So... Do you EVEN NEED THESE WALL-HOLE-FLAPS?

It makes the multi draw tool work better I believe, plus it helps with dwarf moods, plus it blocks water from pouring in if you make a mistake with mining operations.

I believe bedrooms (and maybe tombs?) take a quality hit if they aren't enclosed. Need to confirm. Plus, I would never want to deprive my dwarves of the luxury of being interested near their fine door.

Doors are still needed if you want to use multi while drawing. They also allow you to section off portions of your fort (lock the dwarf in a lever room during a siege for example). Besides, you didn't technically need doors in vanilla as well, you just had to start the flood selection from a point that wouldn't go out of a room before it encompassed it.
