How do you smelt iron bars?
I've got plenty of coke from bituminous coal, and lots of hematite and magnetite, but my smelter only shows recipes for pig iron and steel, but not regular iron. The wiki doesn't give any other info - what else do I need to be able to make iron?

What you are looking for is Hematite, Magnetite Limonite as stated above

To save you some trouble in the future you will need pig iron + iron bar + fuel source for the production of steel.

Except for some "end game" stuff, all the rocks and ores are real world stuff. Which can be a bit confusing at first but also a bit fun to learn.
