Cavern Soil
My fields say cavern soil is the "best", is this a place holder or do crops actually grow better on cavern soil?

I ask partly because I hit my cavern early and it's converting all my soils levels into cavern soil and was wondering if it would be worth deconstructing my farm and reconstructing it again after the conversion.

Yeah you can do that.

As far as I know, farms just do better on fungus ground, whether it's cave fungus or soil layer fungus.

Dang, when I saw it change from silty clay to silty cavern floor I got my hopes up.

Well at least you can use it for animal grazing!

That is exactly what I use it for, plus harvesting some of the wild-growing plants from time to time.
