Moving the camera one tile at a time with Keyboard

Hey, i'm just wondering if there's a way I can use the keyboard to move the camera 1 tile at a time, or at least just less than the default?

I know i can move the camera in small increments with the mouse, but i'm just wondering if i can do the same thing with the keyboard?

(I thought i posted this earlier, so i apologize if this is doubled.. i couldn't find the other one i did anywhere though)
