Turkeys have unclaimed their nest boxes

They only claim them when laying eggs, what you can do is make every small nest box a pen and allocate it to one per turkey to force them to be on the nest box

No.

And Gosera's advice about the 1x1 pens over nestboxes is good for your fps, by the way, because it reduces how much the animals are running around. Although with the new system where females need to be right next to a male to get pregnant, you will have to put cages with males there too (if you want to breed animals, just for eggs it doesn't matter).

I have made the same experience... The turkeys do not seem to claim nest boxes after first tries, if relocated the nest boxes!

No, they are only claimed long enough to lay eggs and sit on them for the hatching period.
