There a guide to item quality symbols?
I'm having trouble remembering when it's best to sell my clothes and stuff.

Wiki is really well done ;)

What you hope to have is masterwork (the hollow big star). That's top. The 3- is also very good.
Destroying masterwork will make the creator sad, just FYI. Not bad thoughts for the rest (except artifact obviously).

So, I had found that wiki page, but I have an item symbol not listed there. {iron bars} and it was put in a stockpile and marked forbidden. I have had this with a few other items. Any ideas?

that means it is forbidden, thought you typed () that means imported,

‼{(XX≡«+Sword+»≡XX)}‼

longest possible affix combo :D
