How to make a bar (for drinking)

I'm currently on my first play through and its going well, right now im in the middle of winter at about 14 dwarves and maintaining a consistent 200 food and 50 drink, However a couple of my dwarves are a bit irked. I feel if I made a bar it would increase happiness. I already have a room carved out and smoothed, any idea what I should put in it other than tables and chairs?

If you're aiming to make it an actual tavern (zones, meeting place, add function, tavern) then you should have a 5x5 empty space for a "dance floor" and a chest to hold the 10 mugs they're going to ask for.

oh man, drinkable metal bars! such dwarfiness

but uh yeah lol its zones -> meeting -> tavern and taverns need some empty space for dancing and storage furniture for cups.
