Request migrants
You used to be able to request migrants from hillocks has this feature been taken out or am I missing something? I can't use the messenger for anything, other than maybe demand tribute.

you can request workers on the world screen by an assigned messenger (i dont know if im succeeded or not but i set things up on world screen, and the nobels), if you reached an amount of population, so a nearby fort is became attached to yours (it will pop up in da DIPLOMACY message). i can't tell the number. pop 100-150?

I thought you could only request your own workers back? LIke if you had conquered a place and sent people there, then you could send the messenger to ask for some back.

I never heard you could ask migrants from random hlllocks. Pretty awesome if you can!
