temple complex capped at 2750? points?

I had a religion asking for a temple complex. I carved out 10k points of rock, finished it, designated a high priest and was good to go.

2nd religion wanted a temple complex. I carve out the exact same floor plan for them and finish it. It's only worth 2750? points (2750 with a question mark after it). I went back and checked my existing complex and it's worth only 2750? points too, but still registers as a complex and still has a high priest.

Is there some reason that the points count would be capped at 2750? points? Only thing I can think of is my broker died between the two constructions and I had to appoint a new one.

If you select zones, then select the temple zone, then select the icon that looks like a magnifying glass to view the zone's sheet it will be near the top of the sheet right above where you can assign dancers/priests/etc....

Yes. My broker died and I had to replace them. Do you think that could be it?

Yes. It was the broker. Every time I got a caravan, my broker's skill improved and the limit of room size she could appraise went up. Eventually I got her up enough to be able to appraise temple complexes.

It may be that the appraisal skill now improves it's accuracy or has an effect on how much wealth can be appraised, as opposed to it being "get it to novice so that you can see how much EVERYTHING is worth"

There's also a bug with the bookkeeper not doing their job and keeping these numbers accurate.
