how to fill weapon rack, armor stand?

dwarf won't wear all armor, she got some civilian clothes already tried to tell her that she can wear it over civ clothes or without them, next I try to build a storage in the barrack only for armor

They don't use those, been a bug for like 12 years. They're just ornamental for now, to appease nobles.

Just make a stockpile for the armor and weapons in the barracks, training room. If they still wont wear the armor try to assign absolutely no clothes or armor for the uniform and then after they get naked assign the armor. That always worked for me. The weapon rack or armor stand i always just used to assign the training room, never really realised that they work should work in any other way. Except as whit said for nobles.

charcoal works as coke, both are named coal under the storage and you can't distinguish it, but 3 charcoal create out of bituminous Coal 2 coke :D

something along this or try to build a pump, then they tell you what is missing, but it's differently named than the parts you've to use, anyway I get used to it

Let that sink in folks. Its been a bug for 12 years, and like every other long standing existing bug, of which there are more than you can count, none of them were addressed before the steam version was released.
