Assigned jobs should come first

I have people assigned to mining, yet theyre running off and doing other jobs prior to the one that they are actually assigned to.

When you're drawing out your mining job, you can prioritize it by clicking the yellow arrow on the mining menu and setting the priority to 1.

I was worried about this too. They were gathering plants an awful lot. I wasnt angry about it. But in the tasks panel there was no "dig" to acknowledge until they were doing it, no suspended or other report on the task, so the game hath nerfed the labor tree for release.

but they focused on gathering plants in late summer when they were ripe, the day it became fall digging all around, more clarity and control would be nice.

I locked my miners to only do mining, theres this little button with a green hammer where theyll do general tasks should the need arise and those tasks are set to "everyone" but if you press that then theyre specialized and wont do it anymore

there are tabs above this where they can be tasked in other categories. ALL DWARVES MINING MEAN NO DWARVES FARMING.

but i dont want them to finish mining then do nothing. i want them to mine first then switch off to tasks that werent specifically assigned to them
