How do you make a traction bench?

for the hospital. I tells me to make one in a workshop first but which one there's a lot of workshops i can build

You need the parts (Table, rope/chain, mechanism), and put it together in the mechanic's workshop. Then you will need to place it, much like a bed.

Other answered that. Check if you have all of this. Also, there should be a notification on the left side of the screen
