I think that it's recover wounded/give food&water labors, but im not sure exactly

Most likely, at lest best skills for Orderlies tasks are Wound dressing and Suturing.

Yes, though it's not very often used in healthcare these days. (More a pre-60/s7o's kind of "title," though I don't know how formal it was considered. )

They are now more commonly called "Heathcare Service Technicians" or "Nursing Assistants" or "Nursing "Techs"" and the like. Their responsibilities can vary widely, depending on the specific environment.

Thanks for the answers/discussion.

I kind of wish that the icon better portrayed this, but when you think about what that role is in DF.... it makes total sense.
