1) sand bags in the furniture/siege ammo stockpile settings
2) bins in the stockpile settings
3) maximum bins in the "max barrels/bins/wheelbarrows settings"
4) allow non-plant-and-animal-based objects
Another step needed is to allow Core and Total quality settings in the Furniture menu. Otherwise dwarves won't haul the bags.
