Apparently these are the distinctions:
Mason - builds buildings
Engraver - engraves stone
Stone carver: smooths stone
Stone Cutter: all items at mason's bench
Stone Crafter: all stone items at crafter bench.
No idea why they felt it was necessary to break them all up into separate skills, but oh well.
Thanks a ton! I will keep this list on a text file to check time and time again. Otherwise I will keep forgetting which means which since it really isn't obvious at all. I was already at a point of yelling obscenities to my mason for smoothing floors instead of making stone blocks.
Wheres the mason bench? Also stone carver is stoneworkers. and stonecutters smooth stone.
Mason: build bridges and furnaces and ???
Stone Carver: makes items (except blocks) at Stoneworkers
Stone Cutter: smooths walls and makes blocks at Stoneworkers
Engraver: decorates walls
Stone Crafter: all stone items at Crafters.
So...what does Mason even really do??
Actually I think it is called the Stoneworker workbench now, sorry. It was another of the names that changed.
Does this make Stone Carver way more important now than mason, who is largely more of an architect now, in the modern sense of the word?
