Room quality?
Now that rooms expect you to zone and name them yourself instead of being based on furniture, how do you check room quality?

I dont know how to find room quality, but using better walls and floors will help, better furniture will also help. I have scoured around to see the value inside a room but i cant find a way.

I found that you can see the quality if you check the room requirements of particular nobles, but it would be nice if you could see it otherwise as well, I would like to know if my dwarfs think their rooms are nice. :)
It’s a bit hit or miss but your dwarf information screens (unsure what they’re actually called) will have a list of all the things that have made them happy or sad recently. You’ll sometimes see comments about room quality there.

Don’t know if that helps much.

In the dwarf overview screen, there is a tab that shows you the quality of his room.

It is listed as "Quarters" not "Bedroom". Did that help?

In my experience a 3x3 with rock floor, a bed, cabinet and coffer makes them really happy :)
