Because GOG is DRM free and you are supporting the company that made the Witcher series and Cyberpunk, plus a lot people enjoy having their classic game library on Gog (games like HOMM3)

It also has a great community of people who love old and classic games.

Why not? It would be another avenue for them to generate revenue from so it would assist them in the long term, and give customers a way to purchase it on the platform they are comfortable with. A win-win for the customer and the developer.

No need to pirate GOG version my dudes, the free version will have the updated user interface and mouse support. You're only missing out on the steam graphics.

There was already a thread about this. Devs and Publisher did not wish to use GOG for reasons. Use the search function, you'll find it.

Anyways, DRM free is no argument, since all Kifox games are DRM free - does not matter where you buy them.

they might have done well with TW but CP was the nail in the coffin, when a studio makes a game that almost breaks them then NO! GOG cant have it :P, the gaming industry are going to have to pull a big bunny out its hat to ever make games as good as they were 10 years ago.
